Each player may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, GCB77 will merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any bonuses received across those accounts, and may permanently suspend the Player's access to the platform. All deposits must be made by the registered Account holder using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
Deposits via e-wallets and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations. GCB77 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

All Account balances and transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the player elects to transact in a supported cryptocurrency. GCB77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR equivalent value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they experience any access difficulties.
GCB77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, VIP tier benefits, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (for example, "20x the bonus amount"). Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds or bonus funds as specified. GCB77 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole and reasonable judgement, that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through the use of duplicate accounts, through systematic exploitation of bonus structures (so-called "bonus hunting"), or in any manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry. The expiry period for each promotion will be stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account automatically. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
GCB77 operates a four-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). VIP tier status and associated benefits are granted at GCB77's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. GCB77 reserves the right to recalibrate tier thresholds and benefit structures with reasonable notice to affected players.
All bets and wagers placed on GCB77 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. GCB77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except as expressly provided in the applicable sport-specific betting rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and game type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice. GCB77 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at any time without explanation.
In the event that a sporting fixture or event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void by GCB77 in accordance with its sporting rules, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to the Account holder's Balance. For accumulator bets, a voided selection will be removed and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
GCB77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to a pricing error, data feed error, or system malfunction). GCB77 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly. Winnings from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided and stakes refunded at GCB77's discretion.
Live betting markets are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or closure at any time. GCB77 does not accept liability for bets placed based on information that differs from the live state of an event due to data feed latency. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is known ("late bets") are void.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GCB77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, designs, and other material displayed on or forming part of the GCB77 platform are the exclusive property of GCB77 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without GCB77's prior written consent.

GCB77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GCB77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. GCB77 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned maintenance where practicable.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonuses and completion of any pending KYC verification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
The most recent version of these Terms, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, shall govern the relationship between GCB77 and all registered players.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GCB77 holds its primary operating licence. GCB77 and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, before commencing formal legal proceedings. Players may contact GCB77 support to initiate the dispute resolution process.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent GCB77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its interests pending the resolution of a dispute.
